摘要
快速便捷地获得客户对产品的需求信息并将其转化为产品设计信息是企业生产出令顾客满意产品的前提和关键。利用网络技术和质量功能配置等技术,开发了基于Web的数控磨床客户需求调查分析系统,并将客户需求信息最终转化为产品设计信息,为企业进行产品的设计和改进提供了依据。
To obtain customer requirements for product and transform them into product design information quickly and easily, the Web- based customer requirements analysis system is produced. Taking NC internal grinder as an example, web technology and QFD are utilized to realized it.
