摘要
以水为介质进行了微波场协同提取紫草多糖的研究,得到了微波场协同提取紫草多糖的最佳工艺参数:m(水)/m(紫草)为15∶1,时间8 min,微波功率320 W提取2次,合并滤液,浓缩,用无水乙醇沉淀,水洗滤饼干燥后即得粗产品,紫草多糖含量为6.46%。
Using water as solvent, sugars was extracted with the cooperation of microwave field. The optimal technological conditions were obtained as follows:m(water)/m(alkannia) = 15,time 8 min. microwave power 320 W and extracting 2 times with the cooperation of microwave field. Then adjust the filter, with alcohol deposit. The residueis filtered, washed with water and alcohol and dried. Crude product of sugars is obtained in 6.46% yield. Compared with traditional water extraction, the microwave extraction of sugars is a rapid method with higher yield.
