摘要
科学的评价山东省的科技创新绩效,无疑对山东省的产业结构改造和科技发展起到积极作用。采用DEA法对沿海12个省市的科技创新投入产出进行了综合评价,并在此基础上对山东省的科技创新绩效状况进行详细的论述。
It is very useful for Shandong of industrial structure and the development of science and technology to scientific analyze the science and technology innovation benefit. The paper evaluates the science and technology innovational input and output of 12 coastal provinces, and on base of it it discusses the science and technology innovation benefit of Shandong.
