摘要 双孔钾离子通道是一个膜蛋白家族,广泛分布于可兴奋和不可兴奋细胞中。TASK-3钾离子通道是新发现的一个双孔钾离子通道家族成员,编码374个氨基酸,对细胞凋亡和增殖有重要的作用。在多种肿瘤组织中TASK-3钾离子通道基因呈高表达,并表现出与钾离子通道功能相关的原癌基因特性。 Two-pore(2P)-domain potassium channels are a diverse family of membrane proteins present in both excitable and non-excitable ceils. TASK-3, a new member of the tandem pore K ^+ channel family and encoding a 374 amino acid polypeptide, plays an important role in cell proliferation and apoptosis. The TASK-3 K ^+ channels gene has also been shown to be amplified genomically and over-expressed in tumor tissues and shown a potent oncogenic potential that appears to be related directly to its K^+ channel function.
