摘要
主要研究注射成型过程中最常见的制件翘曲问题,尝试利用CAE模拟技术,以扫描器外壳为研究对象,对影响薄壳塑件翘曲变形的因素(如模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间)进行分析,并通过正交实验法找出最佳工艺参数组合。
The most familiar products warp problems during injection molding are mainly studied, CAE simulation technology is attempted, taking scanner shell as studying object, the factors (including mold temperature, melting temperature, injection time duration, packing pressure and its time duration, cooling time) affecting thin shell plastic parts warp deforming are analyzed, further,the optimized process parameters integration is chosen by orthogonal experiment.
