摘要
通过对当前医学生思想道德教育面临的挑战的探讨和分析,提出医学院校必须切实摆正德育工作的位置,加强理想信念教育,弘扬传统文化,倡导传统医德,与时俱进、开拓创新地开展医学生德育工作。旨在奠定医学生职前诚信道德基础,为医疗卫生服务输送合格的医学人才。
There were so many challenges facing moral education of medical students currently, such as the impact on medical students＇ ideality and belief brought by economic globalization, political multi - polarization and complicated civil situation, the complex learning motivation and lack of mental and ethic preparation for being a doctor, the influence of critical relationship between doctors and patients and the negative factors brought by the expansion of enrollment. In order to establish pre - service honesty and credit ethic and cultivate qualified medical staff, this article proposed that medical college should pay more attention to the situation of moral education, intensify ideality and faith education, advocate traditional culture and medical ethic, and develop moral education of medical students.
