摘要
搭建了自动复叠制冷循环的试验装置,在该系统中低沸点组分选用R23,高沸点组分选用R134a。通过改变系统中混合工质的配比,在其它条件不变的情况下进行了优化试验,试验结果表明混合工质中各组分百分含量对制冷系统的蒸发压力、冷凝压力、冷柜的最低中心温度等有较大的影响,其中R23的百分含量在40%左右时,该制冷系统性能达到最佳。
The experimental apparatus adopted Auto-Cascade Refrigeration cycle is set up. R23 and R134a are respectively selected as lower boiling component and higher boiling component in this system. On keeping the other conditions unchangeable and only changing the mass fraction of mixtures. It is found that the mass fraction of mixtures has a great influence on the operating parameters of the refrigeration system, such as evaporating pressure, condensing pressure and the lowest temperature of the center in the freezer and so on. It is found that the performance of the refrigeration system is best when the mass fraction of R23 is 40 percent.
