摘要
基于更新理论和可靠性理论,对正常使用条件下车辆运行故障率的变化规律问题进行研究,理论分析表明,当故障分布函数为任意形式时,车辆的故障率函数随时间的变化而改变,并非在整个寿命周期中很长的一段正常使用期内保持为一固定不变的常数。为验证理论研究的正确性,对两种不同载货汽车多年来的运行故障情况进行了统计分析,结果表明实际车辆的运行故障率函数具有单调性且为单调增加,与实际情况也相吻合。由于在数学推导方法上具有一般性,理论研究结果也是在假定故障分布函数为任意数学分布下获得的,因而研究结果可以推广到广义的机械设备和工程装备中去。
Based on the renewal theory and the theory of reliability, variation law of vehicle operational failure rate under normal using condition was researched. Theoretical analysis exposed that when the distribution function of vehicle operational failure was in arbitrary form, the failure rate function would be various as the time went on, and it would not keep a constant within a very long normal using period of whole life cycle as it was described in ordinary references. In order to test and verify the correctness of this theoretical research, the long-time operational failure conditions of two different type of trucks were analyzed, and the analysis results revealed that real vehicle operational failure rate functions possessed monotonicity and were increasing in monotone. The results acquired from engineering practice supported the theoretical research powerfully. In addition, the research results were in keeping with what had been observed by on-the-spot engineers and technicians. Because the acquirement of theoretical results was not only confined to vehicles, so the research results could be spread over and used in mechanical facilities and engineering equipments.
