摘要
采用双重时间步方法对一离心泵内部的液体非定常流动进行了数值研究。结果表明,叶轮叶道出口的“射流/尾迹”结构沿蜗壳流动方向而变化,蜗壳中部区域的尾迹中心约位于叶片吸力面之后叶道圆周长的10%处,蜗舌分水区尾迹中心大约在吸力面之后叶道圆周长的20%处。蜗壳中静压的波动主要受叶片蜗舌夹角影响,动压主要受“射流/尾迹”结构影响;流量大于设计流量时,静压在蜗壳内沿流动方向渐降,流量小于设计流量时,静压在蜗壳内沿流动方向渐升,随着流量从小到大变化,蜗舌舌尖上的滞止点从蜗舌外侧向蜗舌内侧移动。
Unsteady flow characteristics in a centrifugal pump volute were investigated by using duel time stepping method in the numerical simulation. The simulation results indicated that "jet/ wake" phenomenon was identified near the impeller. The configuration of the "jet/wake" was varied from inlet to outlet in the volute. The wake center was located at about 10% of the impeller passage behind suction side at the central region of the volute and about 20% at the cutwater region. Simulation results showed that static pressure fluctuation was mostly affected by blade-tongue interaction, and dynamic pressure fluctuation was mostly influenced by the "jet/ wake" flow structure. When the flow rate was lower than the designed flow rate, static pressure increased from inlet to outlet in the volute. When the flow rate was higher than the designed flow rate, static pressure decreased from inlet to outlet in the volute. Additionally, the position of tongue stagnation point moved outside into inside of tongue with the flow rate increased.
