摘要
通过对细长轴在切削加工过程中受力和受热变形简化模型的分析,运用弹性力学和传热学理论,建立由切削力、工件自重和切削热引起的轴加工误差数学模型,并运用误差补偿技术适时修正加工误差,有效地提高细长轴的加工精度。
By analyzing cutting model of axis, cutting force, gravitational force and thermal deformation were considered as the primary error factors that influenced its precision. Utilizing the thermal elastic theory, the mathematics model of axis machining errors was established. At the same time, the compensation techniques were utilized, and the errors were compensated in real-time. The research result indicated this method could improve its machining precision effectively.
