摘要
在TBC控制模式下,区域控制偏差(ACE)中频率偏差系数k的取值直接影响区域调频性能。研究了频率偏差系数k随电网自然频率偏差特性β改变对CPS考核值的影响。文中建立两区域互联电力系统的仿真模型,分析了不同频率偏差系数控制下的控制性能效果,得到了自然k1、控制k2和考核k3与CPS考核值间的关系,可供参考。
Under Tie-Line Bias Control (TBC) pattern, the area frequency modulation performance is affected directly by the value of frequency error factor k in area control error (ACE). A thorough study is made into the influence of frequency error factor k varied with grid's natural frequency error performance β on appraisal value of Control Performance Standard (CPS). An emulation model of interconnected grid of two areas is set up, the effect of control performance under different frequency error factors is analyzed; and the relation between factor k (natural k, controlling k, appraising k) and appraisal value of CPS is obtained. The result is significant for grid operation under new appraisal standard.
