烟用香精中风味成分的提取条件的优化与测定 被引量:10

摘要 分别采用溶剂萃取、同时蒸馏萃取、固相微萃取和水蒸汽蒸馏等4种方法提取烟用香精B3样品中的挥发性和半挥发性风味成分,并采用信息量和重现性两个指标考察最优提取方案。正己烷溶剂萃取法具有相对较高的信息量和理想的重现性。通过GC和GC-MS进行定性定量分析,共鉴定了34种成分,定性了的成分占总成分的85.4%。 The volatile and semi-volatile constituents in tobacco flavor were extracted with solvent extraction, simultaneous distillation extraction, stream distillation extraction and solid phase micro-extraction methods, and the information content and repeatability were usee as the criterion for the optimization of the extraction method. Among the four methods, solvent extraction is provided with higher information content and optimal repeatability. Chromatographic fingerprint of B3 flavor was developed by solvent extraction coupled with gas chromatography and gas chromatographymass spectrometry, and 34 components accounting for 85.4% in B3 flavor were identified.
