摘要
融资难一直是困扰我国中小企业发展的一个难题,其原因既有政策体制的羁绊,又有企业自身的不足,还有社会因素的制约。
Financing difficulty is always a trouble puzzling the development of China＇s small- ＆ medium-sized firms, the causes of which include not only the fetter of the policy regime but also the shortcomings of these firms and the restrictions from the social factors.
