摘要
通过实验,研究了提高40Cr钢强度和韧性的问题,即进行二次淬火:第一次高温淬火增加位错亚结构,减少孪晶,消除未熔碳化物,减少偏析;第二次常规淬火,获得第一次淬火所得位错马氏体的遗传,细化晶粒,从而提高强度和韧性。
Studying the problem on improving the intensty and toughness of 40Cr steel through the experiment, which is the same as quenching two times: the first quenching under high temperature aims at increasing dislocation inferior structure, reducing twin crystal, deleting dissolved carbide and reducing segregation ; the second quenching is routine in order to obtain the dislocation horse's heredity of the first quenching and then thin crystalline grain, thus improving its intensity and toughness.
