聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维拉伸过程中的结构变化

摘要 针对目前高品质产业用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纤维的开发,围绕拉伸过程这一聚集态结构控制的关键环节,分析了拉伸温度、应变速率、热定型温度和张力对纤维取向、解取向和结晶等结构变化的影响。目的是为理解PET纤维在被拉伸过程中其结构与性能之间的关系提供帮助,为工艺开发提供理论依据及探索方向。
