摘要
系统地探讨了猴头菌原生质体分离的条件,结果表明:用0.6 mol/L氯化钾配制成含1%纤维素酶和0.5%蜗牛酶的复合酶,在30℃,pH 5.5时酶解3 h,可得到最多的原生质体,为以后进行猴头菌的原生质体诱变及融合打下了基础。
The conditions of separating protoplast of Hericium erinaceus were studied Systematically. The results indicated that the highest production rate of protoplast can be obtained by using compound enzyme composed of 0.6 mol/L KCI,1% Cellulase and 0.5% Cellucase and digestiong for 3 hours at the condition of 30℃ and pH value 5.5. The study established the foundation of protoplast ultraviolet ray mutation research of Hericium erinceus in the future.
