摘要
建立良好的大学师生关系是促进大学生健康成长的重要因素。当前大学师生关系由于受到高校扩招和市场机制的影响,存在诸如冷漠化、利益化、简单化、自由化等问题。拟在分析问题的基础上,从观念、教师、学生和制度等四个方面提出一些改进的对策。
A good relation between the teachers and the students is a key factor in promoting the healthy development of college students. Under the influence of the enlarged enrollment and market mechanism, the existing relation between the teachers and the students has such problems as indifference, interest-orientation, simplification and free orientation. Through an analysis of these problems, the author of this paper brings up some suggestions concerning the relevant concept, the teacher, the student and the system.
