摘要
目的研究4种药用半红树植物内生真菌的抗菌活性,旨在获得有良好抗菌活性的菌株,以寻找新型抗菌物质。方法以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌为试验菌株,用琼脂块法对分离的真菌进行了抑菌试验。结果从4种植物中共分离到52株内生真菌,其中有18株真菌对至少1种试验菌株有抗菌活性,占总分离菌株的34.6%。结论海洋植物的内生真菌中存在着丰富的抗菌天然活性物质,这可为寻找新型抗菌物质提供资源。
OBJECTIVE In order to get the strains with good antimicrobial activity, the endophytic fungi from four medicinal semi-mangrove plants were investigated.METHODS Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were selected as the indicators for hmnan pathogenic microbes. Antimicrobial tests of the isolated endophytic fungi were carried out by agar diffusion. RESULTS Among fiftytwo strains of endophytic fungi isolated from four plants, eighteen strains (34.6% of the total strains isolated) showed the antimicrobial activity against one or more of three human pathogenic microbes. CONCLUSION Diverse antimicrobial natural products are existed in endophytic fungi from marine plant, which can be the resources for new antimicrobial products.
