交联透明质酸衍生物制备的水凝胶膜体外药物释放研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对交联透明质酸衍生物制备的载药水凝胶膜进行体外药物释放研究。方法采用网碟法测定几种载药水凝胶膜的体外药物释放度,探讨交联剂添加量和透明质酸酶(HAse)对载药水凝胶膜药物释放度的影响。结果交联透明质酸衍生物载药水凝胶膜对一些非水溶性药物具有较好的缓释作用,药物的体外释放符合Higuchi方程。增加交联剂的含量可降低药物释放速率,释放介质中加入HAse可使释放速率加快。结论由交联透明质酸衍生物制备的水凝胶膜对一些非水溶性药物具有较好的缓释作用,是一种有开发前景的药物载体。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate drug release properties in duo of the hydrogel films trade of cross-linked hyalrronic acid derivatives.METHODS The drug releases rates of the hydrogel fihns were measured by using dictyo-dish method.Tne effiects of contents of cross-linking reagent in the hydmgel films and the release medium with hyalouronidase(HAse) were investigated.RESULTS The releases of some hydmphobic drugs from the hydrogel films were significantly sustained and the drug release pattems followed Higuchi equation.Drag release rates were delayed by increasing contents of cross-hnking magent, while were quickened by using the medium with HAse.CONCLUSION The hydrogel films made of crass-linked hyalumnic acid derivatives have excellent potentials as carriers for the sustained release of same hydrohobic drugs.
