摘要 开发了一种无粘结剂武钢铁粉的温压工艺,其温压温度低于Ancordense温压工艺。测定了试样的生坯密度和烧结密度,拟合了温压生坯密度随压制压力的变化曲线,并对几种温压工艺的效果进行了比较。 Warm compaction process of no-binder iron powder made in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, China has been developed. The green density and sintering density of samples has been measured. The curve of warm-compact green density vs. compact pressure has been described. The results of several warm compaction processes were compared.
