摘要
中小学教师的自我发展需要是当前教育界普遍关注的热点问题。该研究采用问卷调查的方法,对揭阳市区高中教师的自我发展需要进行调查,为学校的有效管理提供理论依据。研究结果表明:高中教师自我发展需要水平偏低,影响高中教师自我发展需要的因素有自身因素、学校因素、家庭因素和社会因素。文章最后还就主要的阻碍因素提出一些相应的对策。
Today the need of specialization self- development of teachers in middle school and primary school is a hot subject for discussion to the people in educational area. Making research in the need of teacher specialization self-development is helpful to make school management more effective. This research adopts answering questionnaires to learn about the need of specialization self- development of the teachers in senior high school in Jieyang city. The results are as fonows： First, generally speaking,the teachers in senior high school in the developing area have little need for their specialization self- development. Second, some factors relating to the teachers themselves, or their schools, or their families, or the society, are drawbacks to make the teachers＇ need of specialization self - development. To overcome the obstacles, the research brings forward some effective strategy finally.
