摘要
中小学教师的自我发展需要是当前教育界普遍关注的热点问题。该研究采用问卷调查的方法,对揭阳市区高中教师的自我发展需要进行调查,为学校的有效管理提供理论依据。研究结果表明:高中教师自我发展需要水平偏低,影响高中教师自我发展需要的因素有自身因素、学校因素、家庭因素和社会因素。文章最后还就主要的阻碍因素提出一些相应的对策。
Today the need of specialization self- development of teachers in middle school and primary school is a hot subject for discussion to the people in educational area. Making research in the need of teacher specialization self-development is helpful to make school management more effective. This research adopts answering questionnaires to learn about the need of specialization self- development of the teachers in senior high school in Jieyang city. The results are as fonows: First, generally speaking,the teachers in senior high school in the developing area have little need for their specialization self- development. Second, some factors relating to the teachers themselves, or their schools, or their families, or the society, are drawbacks to make the teachers' need of specialization self - development. To overcome the obstacles, the research brings forward some effective strategy finally.
