摘要
采用苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定了6例健康人单剂口服20mg/kgα-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物后血清药浓度,人体内药物动力学过程符合单室模型,主要参数K0.321h-1,Ka1.221h-1,T1/22.161h,Tmax1.885h,Cmax12.761μg/ml。
he serum concentration of 2 carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide in six healthy volunteers each received 20mg/kg by one singledose oral administration was determined by phenlyfluorone spectrophotometric method. The results indicated that recovery was 101.1% with better liner relation ( r = 0.9998 ), the kinetics of this drug fit a onecompartment model, the main pharmacokinetic parameters were K 0.321 h -1 , Ka 1.221 h -1 , T 1/2 2.161 h, T max 1.885 h and C max 12.761 μg/ml.
