摘要
固定化酶是酶工程的核心,利于实现酶的重复利用及产物与酶的分离。该文介绍了固定化酶的性质、制备技术以及固定化酶技术中应用的载体。并阐述了该技术在工业领域中的应用和存在的问题。
Immobilized enzyme is the central part of enzyme engineering. It benefits the reuse of enzyme and the separation of product and enzyme. The characteristics of immobilized enzyme, technology of preparation and the vector used in immobilized enzyme were introduced in this paper. The industrial application of this technology and the problem existed were emphasized in the paper.
