摘要
目的:建立胶束增敏荧光光度法测定加替沙星含量的新方法。方法:在不同的酸度条件下试验了各种表面活性剂对加替沙星荧光强度的影响。结果:发现在 pH=5.0的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对加替沙星荧光有显著增敏作用,据此提出了测定注射液中加替沙星含量的胶束增敏荧光光度法,线性范围为5.0×10^(-8)~5.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1),检出限为2.3×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)。平均回收率在95%~105%之间。结论:方法简便灵敏,用于药物制剂中加替沙星含量的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To develop a micelle sensitised fluorimetric method for the determination of gatifloxacin. Method:The influences of several type of surfactant on the fluorescence of gatifloxacin were investigated under deferent pH conditions. Result: It was found that sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) can enhance the fluorescence of gatifloxacin greatly in the buffer solution of NaAc - HAc with pH = 5.0, Based on this a fluorimetric method for the determination of gatifloxacin was proposed. Fluorescence intensity of GFLX - SDS system was linearly proportional to the concentration of gatifloxacin in the concentration range of 5.0 ×10^-8 -5.0 ×10^-6 mol · L^ -1. And the detection limit was 2. 3 ×10^-8 mol · L^-1. The recoveries were within the range of 95% - 105%. Conclusion:The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate and satisfactory applied into the determination of gatifloxacin in real pharmaceutical preparations.
