摘要
通过建立单自由度双边冲击动力学模型,对系统进行了动力学仿真,发现非对称振动在一定频率范围内存在,且有存在奇怪的非对称转换现象。因此,在进行机器设计时,应合理选择工作频率以避开非对称区,保证机器的正常工作;而对于已经设计好的机器,则可通过改变电机转向实现非对称反向,从而实现双腔的轮流工作,保证双腔的均匀磨损。
The paper establishes the dynamics model with unilateral freedom and bilateral impact, and makes the dynamic simulation to the system. It discloses that asymmetry vibration exists within certain frequency range, and strange asymmetry transition occurs also. Therefore, reasonable working frequency should be selected to avoid asymmetry zone while designing the crusher, so that to guarantee the normal operation. For ready-made crusher, asymmetry reversion could be achieved by altering the rotation direction of the motor, thus,the alternate working of the two cavities could be achieved, so that to guarantee the equal abrasion in the two cavities
