摘要
目的:以丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ为主要材料,研究雷公藤双层片制备工艺。方法:分别对双层片速释部分、缓释部分进行辅料筛选,通过正交设计试验,以体外溶出度测定优化处方和工艺。结果:处方优选为速释部分:雷公藤浸膏15g,淀粉适量,碳酸钙10g:缓释部分:雷公藤浸膏35g,PEG600017.5g,糊精52.5g,丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ10.5g。雷公藤双层片在2,5,10h药物释放分别达到20%-40%,40%-65%,75%以上。结论:本处方合理、工艺可行,适于雷公藤双层片的制备,产品缓释性能良好。
OBJECTIVE To study the preparation procedure of the Radix Tripterygjun wilfordii double-deck tables using eudragit L Ⅱ as the main material. METHODS The orthogonal design was applied to optimize the prescription and preparation formulation with respect to the release rate by selecting the excipients of rapid-release part and slow-release part. RESULTS The selected formulation was that is the rapid -release part: the Radix Tripterygjun wilfordii extraction 15 g; CaCO3 10 g and proper amourt of starch. The slow-release part: the Radix Tripterygjun wilfordii extraction 35 g, PEG6000 17. 5 g, dextrin 52. 5 g, eudragit L Ⅱ 10.5 g. The sustained -release property of Radix Tripterygjun wilfordii double-deck tablets was good. The drug release rate can reach 20% -40% at 2 hours; 40% -60%, 5 h; above 75%, 10 h. CONCLUSION The fromulation and processing procedure are suitable for preparing the tablets, the sustained release property of the tablets is good.
