摘要
对藏边大黄中皂苷的提取工艺进行了初步研究,研究结果表明使用高氯酸-香草醛方法对藏边大黄中的皂苷进行检测,其最大吸收峰为510nm。在提取过程中,乙醇浓度对皂苷提取率的影响最大,提取的最佳条件为乙醇浓度50%,浸泡温度35℃,浸泡时间6h,提取温度70℃。
To some preliminary research on the extraction of Rheum emodi's saponin. The results indicate that when using perchloric acid-vanillin to measure the saponin content in Rheum emodi, there is an absorption peak in the 510nm. The concentration of ethanol impact on the extraction on saponin percentage most. The best extraction condition is using 50% ethanol concentration, soaking 6 hours in 35%, then extracting in 70%.
