用含有150mg/LNa2SeO3的培养基对灵芝进行富硒培养,收集菌体后用水浸提取汁,按比例加入到挂面配料中,所得的挂面风味独特、营养价值高,具有药食同源的效果。
Put the lixivium of ganderma licudum that grown on the media with 150mg/L Na2SeO3 into the dry noodles, the result shows that the dry noodles are delicious and nutritious, and could give us the nutritious and curative effect at the same time.
