摘要
目的了解无锡市初中生的心理健康现状,分析影响心理健康的相关因素。方法采用自编家庭一般情况表,中学生心理健康量表,对1215名中学生进行测试。结果心理健康异常检出率22.14%,住房面积、父母文化水平、经济收入、父母关系、教育不一致、不适当的养育方式,是影响中学生心理健康的社会家庭因素。重点中学与普通中学心理障碍检出率无明显差异,除学习压力外,强迫症状、适应不良、情绪不平衡是最多见的心理问题。结论要积极利用影响中学生心理健康的可变因素:父母养育方式、中学生自我认知能力、学校老师的支持和社会良好环境,降低心理障碍的发生率。
Objective To know about the present state of junior students' mental health and analyze the related factors to influence mental health. Methods A survey of 1215 junior students was made of by means of mental health scales and selfmade family investigation forms. Results 22.14% of the subjects have mental health problems, which are mady caused by housing, parents' educational level, family income, relations between parents and improper and unanimous fostering methods. There's no apparent differential between, the subjects from key middle school and from normal ones. Apart from the pressure from school, obsessive-compulsive, poor adaptability, and unbalanced emotions are main mental health problems. Conclusion Make active use of the changeable factors which are good for junior students' mental health; parents' fostering methods, junior students' self-cognitive ability, suport form teachers and favorable social surroundings which can bring down the oc curring rate of mental problems.
