摘要
膳食纤维被称为人类第七营养素,对维持人体健康具有很重要作用。该文综述膳食纤维性质、来源、含量对血糖影响,及膳食纤维降血糖作用机理。
Dietary fiber is considered as the seventh nutriment in human, It plays an important role in maintaining human health. This article focused on effect of the properties, sources and contents of dietary fiber on blood glucose level action, mechanism of its lowering blood glucose.
