黄芪注射液对大鼠腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过动物实验观察黄芪注射液对大鼠腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法采用空白及实验对照设计,将30只雄性SD大鼠平均分为单纯腹透组(A),黄芪注射液常规浓度组(B)及高浓度组(C),观察各组大鼠尿素氮清除率(CBUN)、肌酐清除率(CCr)、尿素氮D/P值、排液量及透出液蛋白质浓度及腹膜超微结构的变化。结果黄芪注慑液常规浓度组、黄芪注射液高浓度组的CBUN及CCr值、排液量均显著高于单纯腹透组(P<0.05),B、C组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。黄芪注射液常规浓度组、高浓度组透出液蛋白质浓度和单纯腹透组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。B、C两组腹膜间皮细胞及间皮细胞之间连接的损伤程度较A组为轻。结论黄芪注射液确能提高大鼠腹膜透析效能,提高小分子物质的清除率,对透出液中蛋白质浓度无明显影响,对大鼠的腹膜间质细胞的完整性有保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of astragalns injection(AI) on dialysis efficiency and peritoneal ultrastructure in rats. Methods 30 male SD rats were divided into three groups: the simple dialysis group (A), the conventional doge-AI group (B), and the high doge-AI group (C). The influence of astragalus injection on BUN clearance rate (CBUN), Cr clearance rate (CCr), BUN D/P, Cr D/P, drainage volume and protein concentration of dialysis were observed, and the changes of peritoneal ultrastructure as well. Rcsu/ts The CBUN, CCr and drainage volume of the conventional doge-AI group, the high doge-AI group were all higher than the simple-dialysis group (all P 〈 0.05 ). Conventional doge-AI group and the high doge-AI group were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05). The protein concentration of dialysate in the conventional doge-AI group and high doge-AI group were similar to that in simple dialysis group ( P 〉 0.05). The injured degrees of mesothelial cells and their intercellular junctions in groups B and C were slighter than those in group A. Conclusion Astragalus injection can enhance the efficiency of peritioneal dialysis and increase the clearance of small molecules in rat, without affecting the protein concentration of dialysate, and with protecting mesothelial layes from dialysate injury.
