从专用汽车行业的产品特点、技术研发和工艺装备等层面分析了我国专用汽车产业发展的现状,指出了我国专用汽车产业在发展中还存在的许多不足之处,同时预测了“十一五”期间重点产品及其发展趋势。并在此基础上,从专用汽车企业一元化与多元化发展战略、外包化发展战略等高度深刻分析了专用汽车企业应该立足于现状,着眼于未来的企业发展战略。在市场竞争并不充分的今天,专用汽车企业要努力把握发展机遇,完成技术、资本、营销体系建设的积累,从而在日趋激烈的市场竞争中因具有优势产品而获得持续健康快速发展。
This article gives a detailed analysis on the present situation of special vehicle enterprises on the aspects including the product characteristics, technology R&D, craftwork and equipment. Then the article points out the shortcomings of special vehicle development and predicts the key product and its tendency during the period of eleventh five-year plan. And on this basis, the article profoundly analyzes the enterprise development strategy that the special vehicle should be established in present situation and with a view of future, from the point of view of centralized and diversified development strategy, put out to contract development strategy. Today the market competition is not enough, special vehicle enterprises should take effort to seize development opportunity, accomplish the accumulation of technology, capital and market system construction in order to obtain the sustainable and healthy development for having the advantageous product in the heater and heater market competition.
