摘要
本文将人类发展指标(HDI)划分为四组或“四个世界”,将中国各地区1982-2003年的HDI进行国际比较研究,发现中国各地区的人类发展水平从主要集中在“第三世界”和“第四世界”转向集中在“第二世界”和“第一世界”。这充分显示了中国各地区人类发展的巨大进步,同时也存在显著的差异性。到2020年中国各地区HDI水平将不同程度地提高,处于“第一世界”的比例更大,处于“第二世界”的比例明显缩小,基本消除“第三世界”人口,从国际视角来看,中国完全有可能在2020年实现全面建设小康社会的目标。
The HDI is divided into ＂four worlds＂ in this paper. It is seen that China is advancing from the ＂third world＂ and the ＂fourth world＂ to the ＂second world＂ and the ＂first world＂ after an international comparative study of China＇s regional HDI of 1982 - 2003, which displays fully that people from various regions have made great progress, but the great gaps also exist. By 2020 China＇s HDI will have been raised at all regions to some extent, and people in the ＂third world＂ will have vanished. In the international perspective, a well - off society will have been established in China by 2020.
