摘要
“十一五”是河北省城市化战略提出后的第一个完整的规划实施周期。世界城市化经验表明,当一个国家或地区人均GDP达到1000美元、城市化水平达到30%的时候,将进入城市化发展的加速期。目前,河北已进入这个区间,今后五年无疑将是河北城市化发展的战略机遇期。如何加快河北城市化进程,走出一条具有河北特色的城市化道路,是需要我们思考的重要理论和现实问题。
＂ Eleventh Five -year Plan＂ is the first period of implementation of Hebei＇s urbanization strategy. The world urbanization experiences show that when one country＇s GDP has reached 1,000 US dollars and urbanization has reached 30%, urbanization has entered a fast - developing period. Now Hebei has come into this period, and the next five years is a key period for Hebei to develop urbanization. How to speed up the process of urbanization and have a unique approach full of Hebei＇s characteristics is both a theoretical and practical problem we should think about.
