摘要
利用挤压铸造制备Al_2O_3/ZL108复合材料,研究了氧化铝纤维/铝合金基体的界面.结果表明,在复合材料中,纤维与基体之间存在界面层,合金元素通过适当的化学反应可形成尖晶石,有利于纤维与基体的结合.试样断口分析还表明,复合材料的界面结合状况良好,可传递足够的载荷到纤维上,发挥其增强作用.
Al2 O3/ZL108 Composites are manufactured by squeeze casting and the interfacebetween alumina fiber/aluminum alloy matrix is studied. There are interface layersbetween the fibers and.the matrix in the composites, and alloy elements may formspinal through the suitable chemical reaction to be favorable to combinationbetween the fibers and the matrix. The analysis of the specimen fracture alsoindicates that the interface between the fibers and the matrix is strong enough totransmit loads to fibers so as to play the reinforcing role of the fibers.
