摘要
综述了锡掺入铅合金对铅基合金阳极氧化膜电导和厚度的影响,讨论了锡在铅合金阳极氧化膜中的存在形式[Sn(Ⅱ)、Sn(Ⅲ)和Sn(Ⅳ)]和它们的位置。在对腐蚀钝化阻抗层形成过程和机理进行分析的基础上,分析了锡含量对铅合金阳极氧化膜电导和厚度的影响。
The effects of alloying tin in lead alloy on the conductivity and thickness of oxidation film were summarized. The forms of tin [ Sn( Ⅱ ), Sn ( Ⅲ ) and Sn ( Ⅳ ) ] and their positions in the oxidation film were discussed. According to the analysis of mechanism and formation process of the passive layer, the analysis was made on the influence of tin content to the conductivity and thickness of the oxidation film of lead alloy.
