摘要
作者应用X线多方位导向与齿形针实施肺活检63例,一针刺中率93.7％,穿刺阳性率92.1％,对经皮穿刺肺活检的临床价值,导向与穿刺器械的优越性与安全性及肺内小病灶穿刺诊断的可行性作了讨论。
Percutaneous lung biopsy was performed in 63 patients with lung diseases under the guidence of X-ray lead with dentiformneedle. The accuracy for one puncture was 93. 7% (59/63), and the positive diagnosis was 92. 1% (58/63). The clinical value for percutaneous lung biopsy, the superiority of guidence and puncture means and the feasibility for little node biopsy of the lung were discussed in this article.
