摘要
通过静态吸附试验,研究了6种阴离子交换树脂对γ-氨基丁酸发酵液中色素的吸附,结合Freundlich吸附等温方程,从中筛选出高效脱色树脂D201。该树脂的吸附等温数据对交换反应动力学模型的拟和显示,总的传递速率受反应过程中的液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散步骤共同控制,温度的升高有利于离子交换反应的进行。
Gama-aminobutyric acid (GABA) ferment broth decoloring by adsorption with anion exchange resins was studied and the decoloring capacity of six commercial resins as adsorbent materials was evaluated. The most effective adsorbent of anion exchange resin was selected based on the Freundlich adsorption equation. The adsorption rate curves for colorants of selected resin ( D201 ) appeared to be typical of the first order kinetics. The adsorption equilibrium dates showed that both the liquid film diffusion and the intraparticle diffusion were the rate-controlling step. The ion exchange rate was promoted with the increase of temperature.
