超临界CO_2萃取甘草酸的工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 探讨了从甘草中提取甘草酸的工艺,本实验在研究超临界CO2萃取法的同时与索氏提取法和传统水提法进行了比较。结果显示超临界CO2萃取法的最佳工艺条件为压力30MPa,夹带剂浓度80%,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间2h。通过比较三种方法可得知,超临界CO2萃取法具有快速、高效和选择性专一的优点。 To establish the process of supereritical CO2 extraction of glycyrrhizic acid from glycyrrhiza nralensis Fiseh,eomparison methods among snpercritical CO2 extraction, Soxhleth extraction and traditional extraction were carried out tegather. As a result, The optimized snpercritical CO2 extraction conditions were 30 MPa pressure;70 meshes granularity of material; 80% ethanol modifying agent;40 ℃ extraction temperature; 2 hours extraction time. Meanwhile, it showed that supercritical CO2 extraction has an advantage over the other traditional extraction and it was a quick, higheffect and undivided approach.
