摘要
从生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主五个方面构建社会主义新农村的评价指标体系,并提出综合评价模型(SNCEM)。
Constructing socialist new countryside is an important historic task of China in the ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ period. The article constructs the evaluation indicator system and comprehensive evaluation model of socialist new countryside （SNCEM）from five aspects including production development, well-off life, civilized style, clean village and democratic management.
