摘要
介绍了利用负温度系数材料并在高温环境下(70℃左右)封装光栅的方法,对封装后的光栅作了温度性能和长期稳定性测试。这种封装不仅结构简单小巧,而且对光栅的特性无影响,同时其温度系数降低到0.5 pm/℃。更重要的是,该封装的长期稳定性较好,封装1年后反射波长基本不变,并且其温度系数仍保持在0.5 pm/℃左右。
A method of packaging fiber gratings with the negative temperature coefficient material under high-temperature conditions (about 70 00 ) is introduced, and the temperature characteristic and long-term stability of packaged fiber gratings are measured. This packaging keeps the compact structure and doesn't influence the intrinsic characterisic of fiber gratings. In addition, its temperature coefficient is reduced to 0.5 pm/℃. And the reflecting wavelength and temperature coefficient of the packaged fiber gratings are yet stable after 1 year since packaging.
