摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定α-生育酚及其烟酸酯含量。采用C18色谱柱,甲醇为流动相,检测的双波长分别为292和264nm。两者分别在0.02～2.0mg/ml和0.18～2.7mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。
A HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of α-tocopherol and a-tocopherol nicotinate. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol, at the detection wavelengths of 292 and 264 nm. The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.02 - 2.0mg/ml and 0.18 - 2.7mg/ml, respectively.
