摘要 酶催化的立体选择性反应是当今手性药物合成研究的热点之一,本文按化学反应类型综述了酶催化的水解、酰化、还原、氧化和还原氨化这5种反应在手性药物合成中的应用,重点强调立体选择性。 The stereoselective reactions catalyzed by enzymes are one of the hot topics in synthesis of the chiral drugs. According to chemical reaction type, this article reviewed enzymatic hydrolysis, reduction, acylation and reductive amination in the application of chiral drug synthesis, focusing on the stereoselectivity.
