肺单发结节、肿块的影像与临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:研究肺部单发结节、肿块患者的胸部数字化放射成像(DR)影像特点和临床表现,以提高肺内良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断水平。方法:搜集经临床病理证实的167例肺部单发结节、肿块患者的资料,对其胸部DR影像特点和临床表现进行数据统计,采用卡方检验进行分析。结果:167例患者中,肺癌56例(33.5%),单发转移瘤16例(9.6%),良性肿瘤42例(25.1%),结核瘤37例(22.1%)。较年轻、有长期发热、胸背痛症状者提示结核瘤;痰中带血或咯血提示恶性肿瘤。胸部DR影像中良恶性病变的大小和分布无明显差异,良性肿瘤大多结节边界清晰、形态规则;恶性肿瘤多边界不清,有毛刺、分叶;结核出现于下叶的比率高,钙化多见。结论:对肺部单发结节、肿块病变的初步诊断需紧密结合影像特点和临床表现。
