RNAi技术在动物功能基因组研究中的应用
摘要
RNAi技术由于其高效性和特异性,已经成为基因功能研究的一种新方法,并展现出广阔的应用前景。简要阐述了RNAi的作用机制,同时综述了RNAi技术在动物功能基因组研究中的应用。
