摘要
以4-溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐和N,N-二甲基乙二胺为起始原料,3步反应得到荧光单体4-甲氧基-N-(2-N’。N’-二甲基氨基乙基)萘二甲酰亚胺烯丙基氯化铵(简称FM),熔点200~202℃。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱及元素分析对FM进行了表征。并将FM与马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和次亚磷酸钠进行共聚。得到含荧光基团的膦基马丙共聚物(FM-MA-AA),考察了其荧光和阻垢缓蚀性能。FM-MA-AA的荧光强度与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9994,检测下限为0.64mg·L^-1;用量为10mg·L^-1时对CaCO3垢的阻垢率为75.3%,20mg·L^-1时对CaSO3垢的阻垢率为100%,20mg·L^-1时的缓蚀率为94.1%,具有良好的阻垢分散性能和缓蚀性能;与常用阻垢缓蚀剂复配使用时,不会影响FM-MA-AA的荧光强度。
A novel water-soluble fluorescent monomer, 4-methoxy-N-( 2-N', N'-dimethylaminoethyl ) naphthalimide allyl chloride quaternary ammonium salt( FM), m. p. 200 - 202 ℃, was synthesized from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and 2-dimethylamino-ethylamine. Its structure was characterized by IR,^1HNMR, MS and elementary analysis. The phosphono-based maleic anhydride/acrylic acid copolymer containing fluorescent group ( FM - MA - AA) was synthesized from FM, maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA) and NaPO3, and its fluorescence and scale and corrosion inhibition were researched. There exists linear relationship between fluorescent intensity and concentration of FM - MA - AA with correlation coefficient R = 0. 999 4, and the limit of detection is 0. 64 mg ·L^-1. The product has high performance of scale and corrosion inhibition: at 10 mg·L^-1 ,the scale inhibition toward CaCO3 is 75.3% ;at 20 mg·L^-1 ,the scale inhibition toward CaSO4 is 100% ;the corrosion inhibition is 94. 1% at 20 mg·L^-1. Common inhibitors have little influence on the fluorescence intensity of FM - MA - AA.
