摘要
随着国家最近的几个五年计划对科研经费投入力度不断加大和防震减灾事业的发展,我国地球物理观测仪器通过自主研发和引进国外先进观测仪器这两种方式,在数量上有所增加,仪器性能上也有很大的提高。中国数字地震观测网络项目购置的600套仪器也即将到货,如何科学有效地管理和维护这些仪器,发挥出这些仪器的科学效能,是相关科学家和管理部门共同关注的。美国IR IS下属PASSCAL仪器中心自从成立以来,积极探索科学仪器的管理与运行模式,积累了丰富的经验,在规范化和制度化管理模式运作下成功地支持了多次野外实验,对地球科学的发展提供了重要的支撑,科学家在仪器中心的支持下取得了一些重要的成果。该仪器中心的管理与运行模式给我们提供了重要的参考。本文介绍了PASSCAL仪器中心的机构组成,分析了管理运作的指导思想和运作模式,并对我国大型科学仪器系统的管理提出了一些建议。
The quality and quantity of instruments of CEA has largely increased by the way of importation and native production under the development of recently national five year's projects and CEA. 600 seismographs will be imported recently within the scope of the China Crust Monitoring Project. How to manage these instruments and enable the efficiency of them are concerned by administers of related departments. CEA. PIC has been playing a very important role in the instruments manage since it is formed. It has provided technique support and facilitates for many field experiments and gained great success. PIC could be a useful and important reference for us to manage our instrument center. We focused on introducing the PIC organization of IRIS, its management mode, and proposing some suggestions for our instrument management.
