血瘀证动物模型的种类、评价与研究 被引量:43

Type, evaluation and research of animal model of blood stasis syndrome

摘要 血瘀证动物模型是血瘀证的生物学基础及活血化瘀疗法研究的重要技术平台。既往血瘀证模型有两类:一类是模拟中医学的血瘀之因,如外伤、寒凝、气滞、气虚、阴虚、阳虚、离经之血及自然衰老等制成的血瘀证动物模型,此类属病因模型;另一类是模拟西医学的血管或血液的病理或病理生理,如血管阻塞、微循环障碍、血栓形成、血液流变学和血流动力学障碍等制成的血瘀证动物模型,此类属病理或病理生理结合模型。然而,无论哪一类血瘀证动物模型,都把上述生物化学和生物指标作为血瘀证模型的评价依据,而忽视血瘀证模型建立所应该具备的生物表征如局部肿痛、眼结膜血管明显扩张充血、唇周发黑、耳廓唇周暗红、爪甲尾部紫暗、舌暗红,以及动物行为等符合人体血瘀证临床表现的指标,以至于无证不血瘀,无药不活血。这一现状势必对中医基础理论产生一定的冲击。因此,建立血瘀证生物表征模型,将是血瘀证研究亟待解决的关键科学问题。 The animal model of blood stasis syndrome is an important technological platform for the study on the biological foundation of the blood stasis syndrome and the therapy of activating blood to removing stasis. The model in the past was divided into two types. One was the type of disease cause, which was model of disease cause, simulated the cause of blood stasis, including wound, congealing cold, stagnating qi, qi-instrl/iciency, yin-deficiency, yang-instrl/iciency, bleeding and natural old. Another one was the type of pathology or pathophysiology, which was the model of integration of disease and symptoms, simulated the vascular or blood pathology or pathophysiology of western medicine, including vascular obstruction, microcirculation abnormal, thrombosis and the obstacle of hemorrheology and hemodynamics. These two types of model, however, were evaluated just on the basis of above-mentioned changes of biochemistry indexes. The biological superficial signs are ignored, which accord with the clinical manifestations of blood stasis syndrome, such as local swelling and pain, vascular dilatation and hyperaemia in conjuntiva, dark or dark red around the lip, in auricle, nail, tail and tongue and animal behaviors, and result in a phenomenon of "all syndromes with blood stasis and all herbal drugs for activating blood", and give an impact to the research of Chinese medical fundamental theory. So it will be a key problem demanding prompt solution to establish the model of blood stasis syndrome with the biological superficial signs.
