摘要
目的：测算上海市糖尿病死亡损失寿命年,为决策者制定糖尿病预防控制策略提供参考依据。方法：用流行病学和全球疾病负担的方法测算糖尿病死亡损失寿命年。结果：2003年糖尿病的死亡率为29.5/10万人,占第5位疾病死亡构成内分泌系统疾病的96.4%。对因糖尿病死亡损失寿命年进行了测算结果,经年龄权重和时间贴现后,2003年度糖尿病的死亡损失寿命年是27002年,人均死亡损失寿命年为6.8年。60岁以上患者的死亡损失寿命年占70%以上。
Objectives： To calculate the total and per capita years of life lost due to diabetes in Shanghai. Methods： Years of life lost （YLLs） were calculated by the global burden of disease method. Results： In the past 3（2001-2003） years, the mortality of DM in Shanghai increased with time and age. In 2003, DM mortality ratio was 29 per 100 thousand people. The YLLs attributable to diabetes with discountiong and age-weighting were 27 per thousand years and account for 70% of total YLLs incurred by diabetes at age over 60 years old. In addition, per diabete death YLLs （PYLLs） was 6.8 years.
