摘要
能源是工业的物质基础。我国刚刚进入工业化中期,经济需要保持快速发展,却遇到能源供需及能源结构性矛盾。因此,要节约能源,提高能源利用效率,优化产业结构及能源结构,加快能源领域的市场化改革,为实现我国经济的可持续发展提供能源保障。
Energy is the material base of industry. China＇ s economy should maintain rapid development at the beginning of mid - term industrialization, yet it has encountered imbalance between energy supply and demand as well as energy structural imbalance. Therefore, energy must be saved, and energy utilization efficiency must be improved. The industrial structure and energy structure must be optimized, and energy marketing reform must be accelerated so that energy guarantee can be provided for the sustainable development of China＇s economy.
